What’s Covered
Your sunglasses are protected by a 1‑year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. If something goes wrong within that period, we’ll repair or replace them at no cost with proof of purchase.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper storage
- Scratched lenses (they’re scratch‑resistant, but not scratch‑proof)
- Items purchased from non‑authorized or discount retailers
Sometimes we may need to inspect the sunglasses to confirm the issue. In those cases, you may need to send them in, and shipping would be your responsibility. In other situations, photos may be enough for us to review.
If a Replacement Isn’t Available
If your exact model or parts are no longer in stock, we’ll do our best to provide a similar substitute.
